Roles & Responsibilities :

- As an Business Growth Associate at Townhall, you will undergo comprehensive business training program, gaining hands-on exposure to all stages of the Sales Cycle. This role is designed for a high-potential individuals, aiming to progress into a dynamic Strategic Account Executive - Sales position with a focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) planning for multiple geographies within the high-growth B2B SaaS Event Tech sector.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Cycle Mastery : Develop proficiency in all aspects of the Sales Cycle, from lead identification to deal closure, preparing you for a strategic Account Executive role.

- GTM Planning : Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development and execution of Strategic Go-to-Market plans, contributing insights and support for targeted geographical expansion.

- Deal Closing : Progress into a deal-closing role, applying strategic thinking and refined sales techniques to successfully convert prospects into valued clients.

- Client Engagement : Utilize excellent communication skills to engage with key decision-makers, establishing and nurturing relationships with high-end clients.

- Sales Strategy Development : Work closely with the Sales Strategy team to craft and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging both the science and art of sales for optimal results.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset : Embrace a hustler mindset, demonstrating a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to sales, and consistently seeking new opportunities for business growth.

- Technical Acumen : Leverage your technical background, preferably in Engineering, to understand the intricacies of our B2B SaaS solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.

Requirements :

- Educational Background : Tier-1/2 graduate with a degree in a technical field, preferably Engineering.

- Experience : 0-1 year of professional experience

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

- Strategic Thinking : A keen interest in strategic planning, with the ability to contribute to the development and execution of GTM strategies.

-Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, adapting quickly to changes and contributing positively to the team's success.
