About Our Client :

- Our client is a Top 3 building materials company with a global revenue of more than USD 25 billion. With interests across several areas of building materials and India revenues of approximately INR 25000 cr, our client is shaping the future of the industry through innovation and process excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Reporting to the Head of Operations for the Centre, you will manage a team of over 50 while:

- Ensuring that overall delivery of services to Opcos meets or exceeds agreed KPIs and SLAs defined between Operating Companies and the service centre

- Providing the environment for the O2C team to achieve and sustain best practices in effectiveness, quality delivery and efficiency

- Partnering with the Service Leadership Team for developing and tracking Service Level Agreements to ensure service delivery excellence, providing input to service reporting, facilitating service transition when required, analysing issues that are highlighted by the Business Account Manager and resolving them in a timely manner

- Working with the BSC Service Management Lead and Functional Leads to ensure that all engagements with the customer are aligned, understood and that Customer needs are being documented and prioritized for action

- Creating a mindset of innovation aimed at constantly challenging the norm to drive business value

The Ideal Candidate :

- As a successful applicant you are an MBA/ Chartered Accountant with 12 years of post qualification experience, 8 of which have been closely associated with the entire Order to Cash cycle.

- You have at least 5 years experience in a shared services multinational setup. Your knowledge of accounting is extremely strong.

- You have the experience and desire to lead large teams. You possess excellent team management and stakeholder management skills.
