Essential Skills and Experience - Qualification : CA/CPA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) 1. 15 - 18 yrs of proven experience in BPO in a global complex environment (Only 3rd party Bpo exp is MUST) 2. Should have led large client delivery in the F&A space ( 800 - 3000) 3. Subject matter expert in the F&A domain - PTP, RTR, OTC 4. Good experience in delivering Transformation projects for clients including Automation using Tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) 5. Leadership skills in a multicultural environment 6. Proven experience in a global complex BPO environment 7. Ability to influence at senior business levels Key Responsibilities : The role-holder : - Is responsible to provide leadership for the location(s) - increase the FTE base, service lines offered, and develop newer skills and competencies aligned to the requirements of the group. Provides accountability and authority for: - Client relationship - Portfolio management - Client satisfaction - Account business planning and strategy - Financial performance - Growth - Acts as a single point of contact within customer organization for troubleshooting and resolving all issues arising from delivery-related account activities Ensure that the account is on the right transformation path by : - Working closely with the Transformation Office to deliver all agreed projects - Working closely with the Delivery team
