TOVO Group - Manager - Human Resources

We are seeking a highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable Human Resource Manager to join our ambitious Restaurant Company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all human resource functions, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. You will maintain a healthy work environment, and ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the recruitment process, which includes crafting job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

- Implement effective employee relations programs and workplace culture initiatives.

- Manage and oversee employee benefits programs.

- Ensure compliance with all local and national labor laws and regulations.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Support business needs through the development and management of our workforce.

- Manage employee performance systems and carry out performance reviews.

- Handle workplace disputes and conduct investigations as needed.

- Provide guidance and leadership to the human resource team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

- Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in spoken and written English.

- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
