Total Rewards Specialist - Compensation & Benefits - IT

Client : IT Product MNC

- Provides support for compensation and benefits questions from employees, managers, and people team via the service desk

- Coordinates with vendors and account managers as needed, following queries received in the service desk

- India and EMEA benefits administration - ( Pension schemes, Insurance, retirement benefits, etc )

- Assists in leave of absence and payroll report administration

- Provides and monitors new hire benefits and all compliance forms

- Maintains internal benefits and compensation documentation and policies and up to date
