- Support CHRO in developing the HR strategy as per the overall Arise Business plans, and knitting the talent and reward perspective.
- Help in concept design of Arise Compensation philosophy and support in structuring compensation and benefit packages
- Improving and monitoring employee productivity. Drive retention strategies.
- Should be a point of contact for C&B - Managing Rewards Survey's & Performance and Reward cycles across the portfolio as a main KRA.
- Design and Provides input on business units Organisation Structure, workforce planning, Annual Budget process and talent needs.
- Managing the Senior Stakeholders for their business requirements.
- Support the Arise Platform companies, Organisation Leadership and HRBPs in defining tailor made customised Compensation and Reward Philosophy considering each business model and plans
