The individual will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and overseeing all aspects of the rewards program of the Firm. This includes developing compensation and benefit strategies that are agile, drive growth, attract/retain talent, and drive productivity. The key responsibilities will include the following:

- Developing compensation strategy and directing the design, implementation and communication of employee compensation plans/policies across all businesses and functions, in collaboration with others.

- Deliver value through Rewards Strategies, policies and solutions that enhance the attraction and retention of top talent, assuring internal equity and external competitiveness.

- Assess the organization's competitive positioning in the market, identify areas of correction or gaps and propose necessary interventions. Actively advising on market best practices and trends to strengthen the Firm's Total Rewards offerings.

- Advise and engage with the HR BP and Talent Acquisition Teams on Total Rewards measures.

- Build and present various models to the leadership in order to assess the financial impact for salary increase and bonus budgeting.

- Incubate, implement and drive various compensation programs including Market Benchmarking, Merit Increase, Pay for performance programs and compensation planning etc. for diverse job profiles.

- Work in partnership with external vendors and consultants in both compensation and benefit arenas to ensure the Firm is positioned competitively and stays current on trends/changes.

- Playing a critical role in ensuring compliance to all applicable labor laws and audit standards.

- Providing oversight, expertise and guidance to the C&B Ops. team members responsible for all compensation and benefit administration.

Job Requirements

Mandatory Skills

- Postgraduate - Preferred in Human Resources

- Extensive knowledge of different facets of Rewards covering Compensation and Benefits Strategies, designing rewards programs and solutions that align with unique needs of business with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

- Demonstrated strong leadership experience with involvement in execution as well as the development of strategic rewards initiatives.

- Ability to effectively lead people and get results through others. In-depth knowledge and experience in effectively leading the wide-spectrum of compensation and benefits programs and practices which supports results-oriented business.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Highly numerical and analytical, with a passion for data

- Creative and curios with a solutions-based mentality

- Strong organizational skills with ability to work in a complex business environment.

- Self-motivated and an ability to work autonomously
