Total Environment - Chief Executive Officer - Project Management

Role Purpose :

The project CEO is responsible for the execution, delivery and profitability of the project(s) through its entire life cycle. The candidate shall be responsible for the P&L for the project through levers of high-quality construction, customization, project management, customer centricity, workforce management, financial control and planning. The candidate shall work closely with the central sales organization, procurement and delivery lines to ensure the successful execution of the project in terms of time, cost and quality. Scope :

- Customer engagement & service

- Construction & customization

- Quality and EHS

- Project management

- Financial performance and metrics

- Engagement with local stakeholders and community (as required)

- Workforce management & strategy

Responsibility :

- Ensure site experience and on time delivery

- Ensure highest quality construction, experience and delivery

- Ensure adherence to the highest standards of quality, environmental compliance and safety

- Develop and guide a high performing team

- Ensure all elements of the plan are achieved in accordance with the company goals

- Work closely with architecture and structural engineering to ensure impeccable alignment

- Establish overall project execution policies, especially in the areas of project organization, communication, project schedule, quality assurance, purchasing, logistics, safety, emergency evacuation, financing, construction resources, and project completion

- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met

- Establish basic work plans for engineering, procurement, project controls, construction, commissioning, and quality assurance

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure sales achievement and a high level of customer centricity

- Ensure effective succession planning in the team

- Demonstrated leadership experience in construction/design/project management

- Excellent client relations and presentation skills
