Total Environment - Business Analyst

Role :

- Understand in detail, the workings of and the interactions between Business Units in the Organisation 

- Assist in the smooth functioning of a Business Unit by constantly thinking five steps ahead and addressing all foreseeable bottlenecks

- Develop project plans and financial projections for the Business Unit based on targets and availability of resources.

- Provide the Heads of Business Unit with all the necessary information and analytics for better decision making and strategic planning

- Prepare regular reports and presentations to update the key stakeholders within and outside the organisation the work progress in a Business Unit

- Continuously innovate and propose new ideas to improve the output and efficiency of the Business Unit - Help put out fires whenever they come up

- You play a significant role in helping the Business Unit successfully achieve its annual targets - You improve the efficiency of the Business Unit by understanding and improving various processes

Requirements :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organisation

- Strong familiarity with technology and software tools, especially Microsoft Office Suite ; Strong Analytical skills; Forward thinking, problem solving skills and readiness to take on new challenges - Superb follow through and organisation skills.

- Your tasks will be varied and rearranged constantly based on the priorities of a Business Unit. Being detail oriented is key to handling the pace
