Torus Wealth - Branch Credit Manager (3-5 yrs)
Branch Credit Manager (BCM)
Position : Branch Credit Manager (Loan Against property and Home Finance)
Location : Mumbai/Surat/Rajkot/Ahmedabad/Pune
Specific Activities :
- End to end credit appraisal of the case
- Preparing CAM, Co-ordinating with the external credit Agency for LIP/NIP and other such loans
- Personal Visit to clients for credit interview and explaining the loan eligibility
- Co ordinating with various agencies viz. FI/RCU/Legal and technical
- Coordinating with the Principal Bank for loan approval and communicating to client
- Getting the required documents for disbursement (KYC/Legal/Technical)
- Communication with the client for disbursement
Responsibilities :
- TAT
- Infant Delinquency
- Process adherence
- Training to the sales teams/DSAs/Coordinators
Skill Set/Experience:
- Should have worked with bank/HFC at least for 3-5 years and should have a complete understanding of the housing finance business including credit/legal/technical
- Understanding of the local markets/acceptability of the property to be taken as security
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate in local language
- Conversant with LOS/LMS
Qualifications: Post graduate
