Torrent Power - Assistant General Manager/Manager - Solar O&M

Educational Qualification:

B.E./B Tech- Electrical Engineering

Experience required:

Solar O&M - More than 12 to 15 years

(Having Solar Tracker & Huawei String Inverter Experience)

Location: Gujarat

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Lead the safety culture at site and must possess the know what the risk are associated with plant and how to mitigation them.

- Develop the best practices & system in Solar O & M

- Must have leadership skills to lead and guide a team of 30/40 people of 5 different plants

- Must have strong data analytical skills to understand the solar plant performance metric / KPI and improvements.

- Lead the Day - to - day O & M related works of Solar Power Plant

- Strong networking in the industry to bring the best practices in O & M and implementation in the plant.

- Should be able to understand the F & S mechanism and ensure accuracy of the schedule.

- Should proactive maintenance / Condition monitoring methodology and best practices

- SAP - PM and MM modules awareness and hands on experience

- Hands on experience and knowledge of PTW / LOTO system & EHS compliances

- Should be aware of ESG initiatives and should have good communication skills to connect with local stakeholders.

- Liaison with Govt. officials and local stakeholders.

- Prior knowledge in O & M and Troubleshooting of solar plant equipment's like, Solar Tracker, transformer. HV / LV Panels, cables, string Inverters, Switchyard equipment. OLTC, NIFPS, SCADA, Relays, and other electrical equipment of Solar Plant.

- Experience JMR work and billing.

- Knowledge of excel, PPT, MS - Word and knowledge of preparing DGR, MMR, Annual Report. -Having an electrical supervisory license for working on HV / MV equipment.

- Knowledge of Spare Management.
