Objective :
Launch wires category from ground-up, drive sales across B2B & B2C segments and achieve profitable growth in wires business
Key responsibilities :
Overall
- Provide active inputs for development of wires business strategy
- Identify commercial opportunities and drive profitable growth of wires business
- Collaborate effectively with other functions (procurement, production, finance, branding, IT etc.) to drive wires sales
- Participate actively in identification and management of partnerships (M&A, outsourced mfg., branding etc.)
- Develop and maintain wires brand (with support from Marketing & Brand Lead)
- Formulate pricing strategy and sign off on pricing decisions
B2B Sales (with support from B2B Wires Lead)
- Identify new market opportunities and develop business proposals to secure contracts with B2B customers (national & regional real estate players)
- Manage B2B key account relationships to drive higher Share of Wallet
B2C Sales (with support from B2C Wires Lead)
- Identify and onboard dealers across target markets
- Track dealer performance, drive dealer engagement (dealer meets, apps etc.) and enable throughput improvement
