Role:

Investment Associate with 3-6 years of work experience in Investment Banking/Venture Capital/Transactions teams of Big 4/Leading Fintechs. This is a front facing role and will require direct interaction with investors and issuers.

Location: Mumbai / Remote

Role Description:-

- Lead the origination, analysis, structuring, negotiations and execution of investments

- Conduct business diligence, preparation of teasers and investment memos

- Conduct proprietary market and company research for investor education

- Onboard HNI/UHNI investors, understand requirements, and facilitate the investments process

- Work with VC Funds to source high quality investment opportunities

Qualifications:

- Tertiary degree with strong background in Finance, especially PE/VC industry

- Experience of running end-to-end M&A/Investment transactions

- Flair for consultative sales
