- Payroll processing and Statutory compliances.
- Ensure the salary processing is completed with full accuracy.
- Ensure statutory compliances are followed on monthly and annual basis
- Manage salary increments during annual appraisals.
- Responsible for induction, joining formalities, laptop issuance to new hires, exit formalities, grievances etc.
- Employee Onboarding Interact & engage with new hires.
- Employee Engagement Reward and Recognition
- Conduct skip level meets.
Qualification: Full time MBA-HR
Experience required: 2-4 yrs
