- Work closely with Global leadership on geo-specific hiring. Plan recruitment strategy
- Track hiring requirement and ensure the best interviewing and evaluation is applied as per organization requirement to select the best fitment.
- Ensuring right JD and competencies are charted out in discussion with HODs for the role
- Managed the end-to-end talent acquisition across levels (mid to leadership hiring)
- Leverage market intelligence and industry trends, including target companies to build candidate pool - for future hires
- Analyze the HR metrics to regulate sourcing effectiveness based on recruitment channels, sourcing channel and time to fill analysis
- Adhered to TAT for position closure, reduction of recruitment cost, and improving the candidate experience by revamping the hiring methods
- Excellent English comm skills and presentable.
- Can do attitude and passion of networking and recruitment.
