We are currently looking for a passionate individual to lead our internal People Process & Talent Management. This role is critical in executing our people initiatives and driving HR functional excellence. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Review, Refine & implementation of HR policies - Partnering closely with Business Heads to understand their Talent needs & evolve and implement Talent Strategies - Manpower Analysis for budgeting & Turnover analysis for Management review - Designing Incentives plans for Sales and Support based on KPIs and KRAs - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance - Work on compensation review mechanism - Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs REQUIREMENTS: 1. 7-12 years experience in driving Talent Management process for a mid to large Organisation 2. Masters degree in Human Resources from a reputed college/university 3. Strong experience in a complex and fast-paced work environment. 4. Skillful multi-tasking and management of stakeholders 5. Well-honed ability to lead and deliver end to end HR initiatives
