Job Description:

- This position will serve as the primary Strategic Advisor to the and Director of the organization. Provide research and analytical support to the Director on various projects, Chairman initiatives, and strategic decision-making processes. Compile data, conduct analysis, and prepare reports to support informed decision-making

- (S)he will compile updates and insights from individual business units to present regular unbiased updates to the Director. Evaluate and critique new business opportunities, challenges, and insights as gathered from different business units.

- Lead competition tracking and sectoral benchmarking to identify necessary opportunities and challenges for the business and enable suitable strategic development to ensure business continuity and growth

- Represent the organization and the Directors office in various internal and external events

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, suppliers, and other business partners. Represent the Director professionally and effectively in all interactions.

- Setting a leader's strategic priorities: Helping a leader identify the areas where they must direct their focus and identifying metrics for success. Revisiting regularly and evaluating progress.

- Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and other team members, departments, and external stakeholders

- Experienced in wide-ranging or cross-functional areas and possess an eagerness to learn new skills.

- Strategic thinker, with a data-driven and analytical approach to solving problems.

- Excels at building relationships and networks; influences others to achieve outcomes and demonstrates high emotional intelligence.

- Proven ability to work independently of direct supervision and take initiative without specific instruction.

- Demonstrated experience exercising judgment, project planning and goal accomplishment.

- Ability to deal with constantly changing demands, frequent interruptions, and scheduling changes while remaining organized and seeing projects through to completion.

- Operates with the highest levels of integrity.

- Experienced in working with Multinational / multicultural team.
