Product Director - Growth || Toprankers - LegalEdge Law School
We require a growth-oriented leader to join our company which specializes in Test-Prep courses in Careers beyond Engineering and Medical like Law, Judiciary, Management, Design and Career Counselling.
- You will be responsible for driving the growth of our LegalEdge Law School's products across various channels and markets, using data-driven insights and experimentation to optimize user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. LE LS is an upskilling platform which aims to bridge the gap between corporate standards & law aspirants.
- As Product Director of Growth, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, design, and analytics, to define and execute the growth product strategy and roadmap. You will also manage and mentor a team of growth manager/APD, asset builders, internship/placement cell & ensuring they deliver high-quality products that meet student needs and business goals.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's/PG degree in Law & 5-7 years' experience in a tier 1 law firm/corporate
- Proficient in data management and analysis, using advanced software tools such as LeadSquared, Advance Excel Skills, Tableau, MS Teams, CRM software, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and get things done on time
- A process-driven and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail and root cause analysis
- A hyperactive and proactive attitude, always on the lookout for new opportunities and challenges
- A deep understanding of the Ed-Tech industry, customer behavior, and market trends
- Good understanding of how digital marketing works, deep knowledge of the lead-gen process, and can innovate new funnels.
- Understanding the pricing of the products and can ideate things around new products and also who can improve the existing ones by going into deep competitor analysis.
- Can lead Sales Teams and help them to improve their conversion ratios by identifying leakages.
