Partner directly with hiring managers and the India leadership team to build and scale their teams  2. Source and hire top talent across India.  3. Own the hiring strategy and work closely with hiring teams to meet your hiring goals and targets  4. Constantly improve recruiting processes and develop innovative ideas around finding top talent  You will thrive in an "all hands on deck" environment, love startup culture and adapt to the changing needs of the business as we scale.  REQUIREMENTS  1. Successful experience recruiting in a fast paced environment   2. History of collaborating successfully with senior managers and business leaders   3.Experience working in a variety of roles/levels   4.Solid understanding of Toppr's vision, business model, and operations   5. Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart recruiting partnerships happen Metrics oriented. You understand and value backing up recruiting goals and projections with existing data (while never compromising the quality of the candidate experience)
