- Assume responsibility and pace your team to release fast and often. Always keep the team moving And lead from the front.

- The projects will always be beyond our current skills. That should be OK as you will work harder than all your team mates.

Requirements :

The following will be a plus :

- Previous experience as a web or/and mobile product manager.

- Understand the core problem before developing a solution.

- Maintain a roadmap. Write clear specs. Create wireframes. Prioritize.

- Create project checklists. Always.

- Keep the communication open.

- Empathize with the user. But, say no often.

- Hold your head high under pressure. And your team's morale.

- B.tech from tier 1 engineering colleges.

- MBA from tier 1 institutes.
