ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Managers who can ensure the efficiency of business operations as well as set the strategic goals for the future.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all matters business. Should be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company's vision and culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

- The goal will be to review and manage the cost and ROI associated with different lead sources.

- Plan and organize the activities of businesses and ensure the profitability of our company's activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success

- Optimizing the handshake between marketing and sales,

- Running a robust process for designing operations and sales campaigns and analyzing the response from various lead sources

- Reviewing budgetary information, interpreting financial data, monitoring expense reports, and performing cost-benefit analysis. Managing day-to-day activities, analysing statistics and reading and writing reports.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

- BE/BTech/MBA from a Tier 1( IITs, VJTI, NMIMS, IIMs, IMT, MDI etc) college and practical experience of 1+ years.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Great energy, get stuff done, and thrive in a start up environment.
