Toppr.com is a growing education technology startup, helping out millions of students, solve for their learning needs. We- re looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Business Analyst to be a part of the User Experience/Growth Team, based out of Mumbai.
The candidate would be expected to work at the intersection point between Data Analysis, Program Management and Customer Retention for Toppr.com
The candidate would be working on solving long and short-term problems, generation of solutions and leading the implementation of those solutions.
Requirements :
- Proficiency and experience with Data Extraction and Data Manipulation using SQL SAS, SPSS, R or Python and Advanced MS Excel (Knowledge of Elastic search is a plus)
- Strong analytical capability to look at complex data and derive patterns leading into predicting and driving user behavior and engagement
- Problem-solving mindset, to generate solutions to identified problems, and creating programs to lead them to conclusion/resolution
- Hypothesis generation and testing using advanced statistics (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt is preferred)
- Program Management/Project Management skills and cross-functional stakeholder management experience is a must have
- Experience in leading Customer Support/Customer Loyalty Programs is preferred
- Deep understanding of Service Levels, CSAT, Quality Metrics, VOC Analysis, Competitive analysis, Service Redesign, Forecasting, Survey Analysis, SOP's creation and Process Excellence is preferred
- Candidates from Consulting/Analytics/e-commerce organizations would be preferred
- 1-3 years total experience preferred
- MBA/PG Degree is optional
