Toppr.com - Business Analyst

Toppr is looking for a Business Analyst with exceptional analytical, problem solving and communication skills. You would be contributing to solve real business problems in the short-term and long-term goal of the company.

RESPONSIBILITY

- Develop deep understanding of market within and outside India to conceive innovative new business products and sales processes.

- Product conceptualization, presentation and pricing. Sales performance reviews and reports, Salesforce.com champion, incentives, resource allocation.

- Analyze product performance based on product, marketing and operational metrics, sales and students (customer) feedback.

- Support leadership team in monitoring and managing functional KPIs.

- Design new processes flows to support the launch of new product & streamline the operations process.

- Create a competitive advantage through consumer and market understanding.
