Role & Responsibilities : 

- Procuring quotations for goods and services as required by Toppr.

- Coordinate and manage the logistics of all aspects of the Supply Chain.

- Plan, analyze and develop various supply chain strategies.

- Making recommendations to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations.

- Expedite the entire process of setting up new commercial units.

- Baring Responsibility for Acquisition and procurement of goods and services.

- Handling the SOP for procurement.

- Managing, guiding and working with the procurement team for procurement of required goods and services across India.

- Handling the entire supply chain of goods and services on a PAN India basis as required from time to time.

- Negotiating commercials with vendors to get the best price for the given technical specifications required.

- Reduce product obsolescence through inventory reviews and re-balancing efforts.

- Audit existing vendors for correct billing and service delivery.

- Establish and maintain procurement policies and procedures at Toppr.

Qualification & Skills :

- Masters in Business Administration or any post-graduate degree from a Tier 1 Institute.

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in a procurement management/supply chain management/sourcing administration/vendor management/contract management position.

- Have a working knowledge of the entire supply chain.
