We are looking for a General Manager- Finance to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Role & Responsibilities: 1. Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements. 2. Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning. 3. Annual closing and finalisation of Accounts. 4. Undertaking monthly closing of accounts. 5. Undertaking Variance analysis and MIS reporting. 6. Coordinating with internal and statutory auditors. 7. Ensuring timely payments to various stakeholders. 8. Ensuring timely reconciliation of vendor accounts. 9. Ensuring implementation of Business policies. 10. Identifying process gaps and developing internal controls to fill those gaps. 11. Ensuring revenue and receivables management. 12. Ensuring statutory compliances like TDS and GST. 13. Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues. 14. Managing ROC compliances w.r.t private limited companies. Finance Managers at Toppr: 1.
