Toppr - Associate General Manager - Sales (3-12 yrs)
Toppr is looking for an Associate General Manager (AGM) of Sales. As an AGM, you'll be responsible for managing salesforce, meeting sales targets, and delivering month-on-month growth. You'll be the driver of operational excellence at your Sales Unit. You'll lead, inspire, provide direction, and guide the day-to-day operations of your sales team. Which is why, AGMs at Toppr must be charismatic leaders who balance people skills and operations management effectively.
- To do so, you'll set ambitious goals, train people, and scale processes and systems.
- You'll ensure that your team is there for the customer every step of the way, which includes understanding their queries and coordinating cross-functionally to get them resolved.
- You'll lead, inspire, provide direction, and guide the day-to-day operations of your team.
- You'll be the P&L owner for all cities in your zone.
