Build and manage large teams to achieve Top-line (~INR 15 Cr annualized) and achieve profit targets for their Business Units. 2. Maintain healthy contribution margin while delivering revenue target. 3. Create and execute strategies, like territory optimization, lead generation, hiring, managing org structure, to keep the BU on track for MoM growth. 4. Interact with top management on a daily basis to showcase territory growth results. B2C Head at Toppr: - Have distinctive problem-solving skills - Possess excellent team building and people management abilities - Thrive in a fast-paced environment - Come with strong data management and analytics experience Qualification & Skills : - MBA/PGDBM from IITs, IIMs - Minimum 3 years work experience with 1+ years managing large teams with operational complexity (sales/operations function) at any B2C Market/Company.
