Job Title: Creative Head (Video Production)

We are in search of a dynamic and highly skilled Creative Head to lead our Video Production team. This role is perfect for a visionary individual who excels in directing, scripting, and overseeing the entire video production process.

Responsibilities :

1. Creative Direction :

- Provide visionary leadership in developing creative concepts for a variety of video projects, including short videos, promotional content, interviews, and brand videos.

- Ensure that all creative output aligns with our brand identity and messaging goals.

2. Script Writing and Content Ideation:

- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for video content.

- Develop compelling scripts and oversee content ideation to bring fresh perspectives to our video projects.

3. Video Production Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

- Manage and direct the production team, ensuring each member contributes to the overall success of the project.

4. Post Production Supervision:

- Provide hands-on guidance in post-production, ensuring the editing process aligns with the creative vision and brand objectives.

- Collaborate closely with video editors to achieve the desired final product.

5. Team Management:

- Manage and mentor scriptwriters, video editors, and other team members.

- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging team members to contribute their best ideas.

6. Multi-Project Management:

- Demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each one meets quality standards and deadlines.

7. Talent Acquisition:

- Identify hiring needs and actively participate in the recruitment process to build a skilled and dynamic video production team.

- Ensure the team is well-equipped to handle diverse projects.

8. Effective Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate video content seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns.

- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project objectives and expectations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in video production with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

- Expertise in directing short videos, promotional content, interviews, and brand videos.

- Excellent scriptwriting skills and the ability to bring creative ideas to life.

- Proficient in video production management, post-production supervision, and team leadership.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

- Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing creative team.

- Degree in the same specialization

- 4-7 Yrs experience required.
