Job description : Responsibilities : - Provide the team with vision and objectives and manage key performance indicators. &nbsp; - Set the monthly, weekly, daily Targets for the team and ensure that the team targets are achieved. - Handling and guiding the team to achieve monthly sales. - Maintain the sales report of the team. - Motivating and mentoring team to achieve and exceed targets - Design and develop the business model as per the location and market situation - Conduct weekly reviews for performance and training - Involve the team in calling for negotiation and objection handling as and when required Requirements: 1.
