Program Manager We are Hiring for Program Manager Responsibilities : 1. Own the demand and supply matching for businesses. 2. Take lead on levelling capacities on all fronts for sustainable business growth 3. Keep track of funnel metrics for the sales funnel and maintain highest possible efficiency in every part - demand, verification, appointments, and end supply 4. Work with inside sales and field sales teams in all zones and regions to own capacity planning in line with target growth 5. Work with Marketing team for demand planning and target setting 6. Work with business insights and technology teams to create dashboards and data visualizations for aiding; a. ongoing observation of data to achieve the above and b. predictive analysis to effectively pre-empt business growth 7. Forecasting on hiring trends to create achievable growth projections 8. Track, report, and analyse program performance, and make recommendations for further improvement and funnel Management Requirements : 1. Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is preferred 2. Hands on experience with strategic planning for funnel management will be a plus 3. Good stakeholder management and project management skills are a must 4. Strong grasp on quantitative analysis and predictive analysis using data and business insights 5. Experience working with cross functional teams to drive shared objectives 6. Experience in revenue responsibility and aiding P&L management 7. Grasp on both Sales and Marketing processes to effectively provide funnel insights and orchestrate growth 8. Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate details of programs, processes, and plans to various audiences 9. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and independent learner.
