Taxation Manager

Key responsibilities:

- TDS liability review & payment quarterly returns filing

- Preparation & filing of Tax Audit and ITR

- Preparation & filing of SFT return

- Arranging Form 15 CA/CB for international service payments.

- Preparation & filing of Transfer Pricing (TP) audit, preparation of TP study

- Working knowledge of TP provisions. .

- GST liability review & payment for various states, monthly 1 & 3B and annual.

- GST registration and amendments therein, returns /recors 9 & 9C filing for various states, ITC reco2B & 2A of various states.

- Preferable though not mandatory to have knowledge of Dubai taxation and audit

- Co-ordination with GST consultant to ensure compliances.

- Co-ordination with Tax Auditor to ensure compliances.

- Co-ordination with consultant in case of Dubai based compliances.

- Be a one point of contact for compliances.

- Working knowledge of ERP or advanced Tally Prime.

Qualifcation:

- CA with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in Direct and indirect taxation.

- Preferably have worked in multi-state branch organization.

- Strong communication and analytical skills.
