Key Responsibilities - - HR Generalist profile with focus on Recruitments - Own end to end recruiting for technical as well as non - technical role in a start-up culture - Manage the recruiting process including interview coordination, offer negotiation and closing - Source and identify the right talent across all available platforms including online, offline, consultants, etc. - Be a part of the larger start-up community across the country and participate in industry events as applicable - Support in HR Operations pertaining to Salary Negotiations, Employee Onboarding, Induction, Employee Relations and Communication.
