We are Hiring Manager - CRM
Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a CRM Strategist or in a similar role. Agency handling experience will be a plus.
Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of CRM and Martech tools
- Experience in enhancing customer lifecycle management & lifetime value through technology
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
- Excellent spirit of collaboration to work with varied teams and get results
- Excellent project management capabilities & process orientation
- Team player, strong work ethic, and comfort with working in a fast-paced demanding environment
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with CRM Head to own execution of a comprehensive CRM strategy
- Own execution for cross sell and upsell to improve customer experience and lifetime value
- Spearhead growth through robust referral strategy for brands handled
- Excel at cross selling and retention marketing with drip campaigns for ecommerce as well as lead generation channels
- Grow CRM function with innovations and implement strategy through the right technology
- Present regular analysis and recaps to the internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product) on the progress of various CRM projects
- Work closely to define performance metrics, and identify/execute improvement programs
- Oversee tracking of key metrics and KPIs driven from CRM
- Work closely with BI team and facilitate regular data import from CRM
