Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement Go-to-market business model, Digital Transformation, pursue appropriate market growth strategies and drive internal customer centricity. - Plans, develops, and directs all aspects of the business unit based on sales/profitability and other goals and objectives established in conjunction with the next highest level of management. Formulates and communicates overall business objectives, policies, and strategic plans for the Business Unit. - Ensures effective implementation and execution of policies and plans to direct the growth of the Company and to achieve both long-term and short-range objectives. - Champion business development of new channels, new market entries and business model innovations to drive value-added, mutually beneficial partnerships and effectively builds strong customer relationships with key stakeholders. - Accountable for leading the overall management of sales and marketing strategies, activities, operations, compliance and budgets associated with driving sales for toothsi - Identify both opportunities & business at risk - Conduct regular Business reviews as a basis for challenging and improving both short- and long-term strategies & action plans. - Partners with regional teams at toothsi & develop a long-term growth roadmap for India and UAE, supported by an investment model which drives growth efficiently, effectively and sustainably. - A customer focused advocate, a change agent in developing a Customer Value Proposition Framework and optimal Professional Education engine & CRM Approach based on strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, category growth opportunities and Professional insights. People Management: - Lead development of all sales employees & focus on building areas of strength - Aid in career development through effective career conversations through the year - Plan strong succession pipelines for all critical roles - Create & execute development plans & action plans for all sales employees Other Requirements: - Advanced business acumen and strategic thinking mindset - Exceptional analytical skills, Market Research and competitive intelligence skills - Superior communication, Leadership & people management skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships - A person with flexibility to adapt to challenging situations and ability to work under pressure - Experience using the market models and business development tools
