Responsibilities Inside sales team is the first touchpoint in a customer's journey after they have dropped their interest in buying our product. The team is responsible for scheduling dental scans through a team of sales counsellors and follow up with the customers post scan for a purchase through a conversion team. The inside sales director will have a set of team leads reporting to him/her who will be driving the on-ground output. The major responsibilities of the director are enlisted below: 1. Responsible for driving the KRAs of the inside sales team members including counsellors, specialists and team leads. 2. Own the sales targets and output metrics and deliver in line with the growth plan of the team 3. Set up defined operating rhythm for calling process and ensure adherence to the same 4. Monitor the input metrics and all other relevant operational metrics of inside sales specialists (calling team) that directly impact the output and team productivity 5. Responsible to track and report the KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis 6. Drive a culture of high-performance high reward and build a strong, self-driven team 7. Responsible for hiring and team expansion as required and ensuring training, coaching and mentoring of the team 8. Work with multiple stakeholders including field teams, marketing, customer support and operations to ensure smooth customer experience while delivering on team targets 9. Liaise with tech and product on ensuring CRM optimization, changes, maintenance and upgradation as required 10. Plan and execute monthly R&R for the team 11. Strategize the quarterly growth plan and methodically set up the roadmap towards achieving the plan numbers Qualifications &amp; Requirements 1. At least a Bachelors degree. MBA from a premier institution will be preferred. 2. Required: 6-8 years, in BPO/EdTech/BFSI/Relevant high end tele sales background 3. Must have experience in Handling Inside Sales/Outbound Sales 4. Should have Team Management skills with ability to manage big teams ( 100+ ) 5. Should have the ability to motivate, mobilize and scale up the team 6. Good Collaboration skills 7. Excellent communication and presentation skills 8. Ability to think out of the box and keep the team motivated
