About This Opportunity:

- You will be responsible for defining and delivering business strategies that will drive sales of makeO. Promoting Toothsi services to the Dentist/ Dental clinic and converting into closure

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Promoting Toothsi services to the high end Dentist/ Dental clinic

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.

- Play an essential role in achieving the company's business objectives, directly (and indirectly) driving sales growth, and improving our overall profitability.

- Develop and implement key programs to address specific sales growth strategies and objectives, specifically in the areas of practice development, key account management and services.

- Key account management and services: lead the definition and implementation plans for an effective and market-leading key account management and the definition of value-added services for our clients.

- Interaction with key clients and the sales organization.

- Ensures the effective fulfilment of the established objectives and deadlines.

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

- Manage and support the documentation.

- Responsible for end-to-end communication and deal closure of the same.

- Relationship management and ensuring regular flow of business.

- Assist the team in marketing initiatives to increase outreach to customers.

Qualification & Skill:

- Minimum Graduation is required.

- Great communication skills and ability to pitch the

- product to prospective customers.

- Quick learner and eager to learn new things.

- Customer-centric mind mindset and keen on providing solution to customers.

- Requires travelling within the city.

- 6 Days working, Weekly one day off.

- Ability to manage relationship and generate business through association.

- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in relevant roles in the management of sales and / or commercialization of technological products related to health.

- Work experience in a medical device business is desirable.
