Toothsi - Deputy General Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities :-

- Strong knowledge of financial transactions, accounting principles and financial reporting, overseeing, and preparing income statements monthly basis.

- Analyzing financial data and monitoring internal controls.

- Maintaining, updating the SOPs for internal controls and monitoring the implementation of the stated internal controls.

- Prior working experience or coordination with the big6 auditors is a plus.

- Overall responsibility for Financial and Accounts Management and instituting financial discipline in the organization's operation.

- Resolve audit queries, follow up for pending information with Finance, Legal, Tax, solutions, Supply, Sales, etc.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Ability to collaborate with cross - functional team and stakeholders.

- Coordinate with the overseas consultants for book keeping

- Prepare and review standalone & Consolidated Financials as per IGAAP or Ind-AS.

- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

- Liaise with consultants for driving closure as and when needed

- Exposure to ERP implementation

- Experience in health care or dental industry is a plus

- Assist the finance leader in review of GST and other tax filings on a monthly basis by coordinating with the appointed consultant..

- Assisting FP&A team in financial analysis.

Qualification:-

- CA with 4-6 years of experience

- Expertise in financial analytics, strong budgeting and reporting skills.

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Have closely worked with Big 4 auditors and ability to get the audit closed on time.

- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.

- Excellent communication and team management skills.

- Well organized and self-directed.

- In-depth knowledge of Tally accounting software
