Brand Lead We are Hiring for "Brand Lead" KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights - Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies - Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives - Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action" - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities - Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities - Monitor sales and consumer reactions - Devise innovative growth strategies - Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics - Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices - Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends - Devise long-term development strategies for product/service category - Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products/services/markets - Foster trust relationships with vendors/sales to achieve better pricing and quality of services - Place appropriate orders/supplies to ensure product/service availability that meets consumer demands - Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility - Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category - Assume responsibility for budget development and revenue for the category Job Requirement : - Proven working experience as Brand Manager ( 1 - Big company + Startup, 2 - Big corporate, 3- Startup founding team ) - Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives - Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns - Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix( including Influencers marketing, Content marketing & Brand alliances) - Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind - Outstanding communication skills - Solid knowledge of category management, marketing, and sales principles - Proficient in MS Office - Excellent communication and people skills
