TOOLS HEAD – PLATFORM-STRATEGY

Responsibilities:

- Well accomplished hands-on technical leader with a proven track record of delivering specialized centralized technology services for enterprise application development

- Program Project Service Management, Delivery Excellence, Leadership, Infrastructure Outsourcing Transitions, ITIL, IT Strategy Consulting Strategic Enterprise Tools

- Adept in Process Automation, Process operations, delivery excellence and customer experience management.

- Will head the Platforms –Strategy.

- Should be heading the tools function which identifies, and deploys SDLC tools across technologies for the application development and testing organizations

- Experience in selecting and deploying tools that enhance developer productivity.

- Excellent knowledge of enterprise application framework design and practices.

- Passionate about technology and building innovative cutting edge solutions

- Develop reusable tools methodologies across organisation.

Requirements:

- 15-22 years of experience in delivery excellence, process automation, process operations, and create centralized standards and tools.

- Responsible for third party tool evaluation and recommendation as per product roadmap.

- Responsible for new technology stack evaluation and recommendation.

- Responsible for POC of new tool usage and third party product integration.

- Lead, develop and recommend Solution Accelerators like Reusable Building Blocks, Tools and Frameworks which will be reused by various projects.

- Will liaise closely with Delivery Heads/Managers and CRMs to understand, develop and deliver framework features as per roadmap

- Provide continual support to Delivery teams for effective utilization of framework features.

- Extend training to Delivery team for optimal utilization of Tools and frameworks

- Will own the SDLC process for Tools and Framework development

- Support Senior Management, Sales, & Marketing team in providing periodic inputs on Tools and Framework capabilities.

- To come up with standards and best practices for Tools and Framework development.

- Conduct technical audits on Tools and Framework implementations

- Impart training and knowledge on technologies, tools and best practices.
