Job brief :

We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Managers. You will be the face of the company and will develop and execute an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities :

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients objectives

Identifying areas of expansion and development

Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Keep basic records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build meaningful & long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end of month reports on revenue and market performance

An Ideal candidate will have :

Knowledge of advertising industry (must)

Proven working experience as a business development manager

At least 3 years of advertising, affiliate marketing, or digital media experience

Proven sales track record

Experience in customer support is a plus

Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport

Time management and planning skills

Self starter who is target-driven and motivated - must be comfortable in a target oriented environment

Experience working in a marketing / agency/ media environment and understanding of (and passion for) the industry.

The ideal candidate will be determined, outgoing, positive, articulate and diplomatic

Compensation commensurate with work experience

Location of hires - Mumbai 01, Delhi 01 persons.
