The challenge for you : As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivery management, partner & client engagement. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, revolutionary design while maintaining excellent quality are essential for us. Your day in ToneTag: - Ensure smooth project management i.e. timely delivery, within scope and budget. - Successfully manage the relationship with partner entities. - Engage in continual & profitable client engagement. - Understand customer requirements of external agencies and pitch products accordingly. - Act as a bridge between the product, Tech and Expansion teams in product delivery - Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of delivery. - Ensure resource availability and allocation. - Develop a detailed delivery plan to monitor and track progress. - Manage changes to the delivery schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Measure delivery performance using appropriate tools and techniques, report and escalate to management as needed. - Perform risk management to minimize delivery risks. - Define better delivery management practices that would help ToneTag establish its might in the industry. - Constantly keep self and the team updated of latest trends and development in the industry What you need: - Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies - Minimum 8- 10 years of relevant industry experience. - Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/ M.Tech - Understanding of Product LifeCycle - Proven working experience in delivery management in the information technology sector - Knowledge of JIRA, Gantt Chart, Complete ProjectPlan - Architectural knowledge on iOS apps, Android apps, WebAPI & Desktop apps - Excellent client-facing and inter-personal communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Proactive, a great team player, self-learner about new artefacts or industry latest trends Great to haves : - Experience in tech delivery management in the payments industry will be a plus - Highly motivated person with a passion for programming and result orientation. - Can handle projects & delivery independently. - Great Communication Skills preferably both in English and Hindi.
