Job Requirements:
- 7 to 9 years experience in HR metrics, Talent Pool Research, Job Demand & Supply Research.
- Extensive primary research knowledge build either through network/contract, Telephone interviews, Mystery shopping and Face to face research.
- Extensive experience of working in IT Services, BFSI & other industries executing HR Research reports for global and India clients.
- Expertise in data validation techniques like bottom up and top down on primary research.
- Good communication, MSExcel, PowerPoint presentation and Word doc.
- Client co-ordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to oversee and manage 3 to 4 member primary research team for quality outcome.
