We are looking for Project Manager to Head our business Operations consisting of providing services of CA, CS and Lawyer.

The role requires candidate to able to following activities independently :

- Team management consisting of CA, CS, lawyers, Commerce graduates

- Capable to handle Finance function of a company or portfolio of companies and should be able to handl all aspects including accounting, vendor payment, bank reconciliation, taxation, finalization, cash flow and fixed assets

- Review and oversee team assignments including Accounting : Accounting for small business (end-to-end) and providing MIS as per customer requirements

- Review and oversee team assignments including Tax : Good knowledge of taxes (Direct & Indirect) to meet registration and compliance requirements of small and medium size customers

Candidate Requirements :

- As we are a start-up, the candidate should be willing to get his hands dirty and multi-task various activities to complete the assignments.

- Data Driven Decision Making, People Management and Service Delivery are the mantras

- Process oriented and should be able to document each and every activity in process document

- Ideally should have simplified and scaled people-intensive operations with track record of highest quality in delivery in a high growth environment.

- Subject Matter expert Process oriented and should be able to document each and every activity in process document

- The candidate is required to handle customer escalations and should possess customer convincing capabilities to satisfy and meet customer expectation.

- Good English skills, advanced computer skills and knowledge of research capabilities

- Be entrepreneurial in nature, work as an effective leader with the Founder and CEO

- Create a culture of achievement and contribution within the team, inspire people to give their best

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Operations Management / Project Management

- Prior experience of working with corporate or similar set-up handling Accounting & Finance function of large professional services firm handling clients

- Value Engineering / Cost Reduction

- Process Design

- Service Delivery - including measuring and meeting quality and compliance metrics

- Customer Experience / Customer Satisfaction

- Data Driven Decision Making

Experience : Post qualification 3 - 6 years
