Business Management :

- Identify emerging growth opportunities for the business through Mobile, develop strategies to address them and drive initiatives to develop Mobile based solutions for further grow of business.

- Introduce best in class mobile experiences for Indian customers and drive the adoption of the mobile product portfolio

Product and Program Management :

- Analyzing Customer behaviors and replicating existing web features in-to mobile

- Create Roadmap for new mobile experiences across browser and applications on Feature phones, Smart phone and tablets, across multiple mobile platforms including Android, iOS, Windows Phone and more.

- Own and manage the product feature roadmap with technology/design teams followed by best practices.

- Measuring Performance & implement area of improvement in achieving better business growth.

- Manage all projects, including organizing and planning, estimating, managing resources, tracking and controlling projects, managing risk & opportunity, managing quality, communicating & documenting, and change management.

Industry Specific Knowledge :

- Have knowledge of Mobile e-commerce, industry standards, regulations, and the current business trends.

- Strong mobile product management skills.

- Proven track record of delivering high quality mobile based product launches

- Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results.

- Startup Experience Preferred.
