Overall purpose of the role :

We are seeking for a senior resource in Supply Chain Operations with extensive experience in building and leading e-commerce supply chain operations ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement to customer delivery.

This position will be responsible for all operational areas of our e-commerce business including fulfillment (pick/pack), delivery replenishment, and store related e-commerce operations and vendor operations.

As a senior member of the team, you will lead strategic and tactical day-to-day operations to continually improve order fulfillment performance and reduce costs while building the long-term strategy and capabilities for a sophisticated multi-channel fulfillment and delivery infrastructure with diverse product categories.

Experience & Qualifications Required :

- 5+ years of eCommerce and supervisory experience preferred

- Knowledge of process design and order management systems

- Experience with implementing continuous improvement and innovation into e-commerce fulfillment processes and systems

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate analytic data into strategic ideas

- Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution;

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the performance of the online dedicated fulfillment centre.

- Define, architect and implement our current and future operational/supply-chain roadmap.

- Manage day-to-day operations and partners to improve service levels, operational efficiencies, and costs.

- Work with and influence eCommerce fulfillment operations within third party functions

- Responsible for inventory management/replenishment, and warehouse capacity planning to handle significant business growth and promotional fluctuations while meeting operational targets.

- Develop and manage KPIs for fulfillment and delivery performance that satisfy consumer expectations, marketing requirements and financial targets while optimizing cost and speed.

- Reduce delivery costs and time (from order placement to customer delivery) by improving carrier costs, optimizing and consolidating orders/routes, and implementing advanced technologies.

- Build and execute long term strategy to support multi-channel fulfillment infrastructure.

- Oversee development of systems and processes of continuous improvement.
