Specific Mandates -&nbsp; In one sentence The Public Relations will create and communicate strategic messages that strengthen Toffees reputation and further establishes the company as a preferred business partner, investment opportunity and employer of choice with members of the press, industry influencers, customers, partners and the general public. - Company Storytelling and Writing: You will develop comm strategies and editorial content that drive storytelling that best articulates company values and business priorities. - Content includes press releases, media pitches, social media posts, infographics, media kits, blogs, thought leadership, portfolio and other major announcements. - Communications Strategy: You will develop integrated strategic comm plans and messages that align with our business priorities and growth engines and safeguard our company's brand. You will partner with the corporate comm/ Agency business, using both traditional and innovative methodologies. - Strategic Counsel: You will provide strategic counsel to executives and relevant stakeholders within the Services organization in support of the development and promotion of our thought leadership position as the leader in enabling media and communication service providers to transform digitally to improve the customer experience. - Collaboration with Employee Communications: You will work collaboratively with Internal Comm to drive unified external comm to enhance the Toffee brand and reputation in India for current and prospective Toffee employees. The Successful Applicant As a successful candidate for PR Manager Role, you should have: - 4-7 years of relevant experience (PR, AR, social media, internal communications, corporate communications). - Experience in media and telecommunications and/or B2B technology in order to understand the Toffee business. - Demonstrated relationships with media across business, technology and telecom publications as well as key influencers in the social media sphere. Deep understanding of the media landscape. - Exceptional editorial awareness and storytelling skills.
