The Team

We are a diverse group of people (educators, engineers, designers) who have been fortunate to study at some of the best colleges - Stanford, Harvard, Brown, IITs. We are at a pre-series A stage right now, growing fast in the SAAS Ed-tech space, and have been funded by Matrix, Beenext, and Better Capital among others.

Here's what you'll be doing

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the growth team for a fast scaling start-up and create a meaningful impact in the education space. It will be a truly global experience in driving growth for Toddle across all major geographies - United States, Latin America, Europe, Middle East & Asia Pacific. And also a chance to work with a very diverse and motivated team at Toddle.

In this role, you will be managing the marketing efforts for our "Learn" vertical. You will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and will work with cross-functional teams such as learning & engagement, sales, product & design.

Your responsibilities will include:

Given our TG, content and events are the two biggest drivers of lead generation for Toddle.

Learn is the content arm of Toddle which currently contributes ~20% to our overall lead generation across businesses.

As we scale, Learn will be a key contributor to our growth efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for building awareness about Learn among existing and new customers, and also driving lead generation via its promotion and content distribution. This role with cut across all businesses and you will holistically look at Learn as well its contribution to the growth of each business (IB, Non-IB).

Key Responsibilities:

- Help grow the Learn brand and drive up the downloads and event registrations through data driven digital marketing campaigns

- Campaign ideation, project management and implementation of marketing programs

- Execute marketing/lead-gen campaigns (PPC, etc)

- Analytically planning for inbound lead-gen, with heavy a emphasis on data analysis, CRO and A/B Testing

- Leverage marketing automation tools to manage lead generation activities - Assist in tracking and optimizing marketing budgets

- Work with cross-functional teams such as learning & engagement, sales, product & design to drive marketing.

Is this someone that looks like you?

- Bachelors/MBA degree with 2-4 years of B2B or SaaS marketing experience

- Hands-on with Google Analytics & Google/FB/Twitter/LinkedIn Ad managers

- Experience with automation CRMs such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign is a plus

- Has used content as a key medium for demand generation

- Is both right and left brained - can think of creative ideas and alongside crunch numbers

- Is an exceptional communicator and can distill complexity and jargon into simple messaging our customers will resonate with
