About the Role We are looking for a driven Assistant Manager - Marketing with experience in B2B and/or SaaS markets. This role will help to execute and grow marketing campaigns/programs in order to improve thought-leadership and generate leads to meet revenue objectives. Working in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, you will support product launches, manage events, produce a wide range of lead generation materials and programs, analyze results, and make suggestions for improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Help grow the Toddle brand through data-driven digital marketing campaigns - Campaign ideation, project management and implementation of marketing programs - Execute marketing/lead-gen campaigns (SEO, PPC, etc) - Analytically planning for inbound lead-gen, with heavy emphasis on data analysis, CRO and A/B Testing - Leverage marketing automation tools to manage lead generation activities - Assist in tracking and optimizing marketing budgets - Administrative tasks to support the marketing, sales and design departments - Oversee Internal Marketing Efforts Preferred Qualifications/Skills - Bachelors/MBA degree with 2-4 years of B2B or SaaS marketing experience - Hands-on with Google Analytics &amp; Google/FB/Twitter/LinkedIn Ad managers - Experience with automation CRMs such as HubSpot, Active Campaign is a plus - Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions - High sense of accountability &amp; ownership - Strong team player and someone who derives great joy from efficient teamwork - Humility, diligence and a willingness to learn new things - A Lifelong Learner
