About Us

At Toddle, we help teachers do better what they do best - teach! We do this by creating intuitive technology tools that empower teachers across all stages of teaching and learning. Our mission is to amplify teaching for 60 million K-12 educators globally and support them in delivering meaningful and personalized learning experiences. Our first product is a collaboration platform for IB PYP teachers. Be it curriculum planning or parent communication, student portfolios or reports creation, Toddle makes working together simple and fun. Toddle is currently being used by 20,000+ educators across 1,000+ IB schools.

The team

We are a diverse group of people (educators, engineers, designers) who have been fortunate to study at some of the best colleges - Stanford, Brown, IITs. We have experience of working in companies like McKinsey, Unilever, Sprinklr, Teach for India. We also own and operate a network of progressive preschools (; this gives us the opportunity to work in a tight loop with teachers and incorporate their feedback into the products we build.

About the Director of Customer Engagement Role

- We are looking for a diligent, driven, passionate person for our efforts on engagement and retention of our schools in a high growth environment. The Director of Customer Engagement will be responsible for happiness and engagement of schools using Toddle. The north star metrics for the role are logo and revenue retention.

Key Responsibilities

The Director of Customer Engagement will be responsible for the following:

CSM Platform (Totango)

- Develop a deep understanding of Totango and build internal training modules for the same

- Own the implementation, updation and maintenance of Totango

- Drive the adoption of Totango and train the School Success team in the same

Drive engagement of schools on Toddle

- Map out a school's journey with Toddle and build, implement and constantly improve upon engagement playbooks for these stages

- Develop & implement framework for School Success Managers to engage with their schools

- Work with the content & design teams to generate resources for schools

- Identify at-risk schools and build playbooks to keep them engaged

- Identify mid- to highly engaged schools and build playbooks to increase their engagement

- Conduct NPS/ surveys/ CSATS and analyze scores to identify gaps

- Build and implement playbooks for the adoption of new features

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

- Experience working with a CSM (Totango/ SmartKarrot/ Freshworks/ Planhat) is a big plus

- Strong operational experience and ability to build scalable, repeatable processes

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

- Great interpersonal skills

- Humility, diligence and a willingness to learn new things - A Lifelong Learner
