At Toch.ai we are building the next generation of video automation. Our platform is a cloud agnostic tool that processes video content using AI and ML technology into bite-sized content capsules that are ready to go-to-market in real time.

Our proprietary technology enables traditional media broadcasters and new age streaming giants to drive more revenue to their businesses by increasing their audience engagement and amplifying their brand and sponsor messages.

Who we are looking for :

- 6+ yrs of total experience in an engineering and/or product role

- 3-4 yrs of experience in shipping and managing successful SaaS products

- An academic background of post-graduation in Management (MBA) or equivalent qualification

- Hands on experience building products and/or features in B2C SaaS products preferred

- Strong new product design experience and a fanatical approach to customer experience

- Strong technical abilities with experience co-ordinating with cross-functional teams across Software Engineering, UX design, UI, Customer Success and Growth with fundamental understanding of how things work within those domains

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trend

- Deep customer focus by understanding customer behaviour and analysing data & real world experiences

- Detail orientation & structured thinking, who can think of customers' full journey and experience

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
